VRAM Frequency stuck at 909 mhz after some hours of usage

Hi,

I use my PC for working from home. Therefore efficient Idle states are key to me. So I monitored the VRAM behavior of my 9070XT with driver version 25.3.2.

I use C3X for communication, Teams in Chrome environment and an RDP to log into my PC at work. I use two 165hz Freesync Displays.

When I frehsly start up the maschine and log into everything, the VRAM clocks down to 13 mhz when idle. Really good. After 2-3 hours of work with lots of usage of the RDP client of windows - and using TeamViewer in this remote session, the VRAM suddenly stops clicking down. It only clocks down to 909 mhz instead of 13 mhz for no appearant reason. Even if I close all applications and switch to ond Display, the VRAM does not clock down fully. Only a restart of the PC brings back the normal behaviour.

What is wrong here AMD? Broken Driver? Issue with Freesync? I guess it is the RDP client from windows combined with theamviewer causing this issue - in privat usage I never ran into this issue.

Can you comment on this and fix the issue? I do not like the card gettin unnessecary hot when doing nothing.

Feel free to contact me if you need more information.
