I need some help with updating my video card. I have an old Desktop with an ATI Radeon HD 4800 series.  I've searched the internet for the driver download with no avail. Can I use the series 4830 download to update my old driver with.

All HD 4000 Series GPU cards are legacy without any AMD Driver updates.

therefore the only drivers available are the one at AMD Download page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-hd/ati-radeon-hd-4000-series/ati-radeon-hd-4870

Any of the HD 4800 Series AMD Driver will work for all HD 4800 series GPU cards. Unfortunately, there are no Windows 10/11 drivers.

In that case you need to allow Windows Update to install a compatible Windows 10/11 AMD Driver for your old HD 48xx GPU card:
