hello! I have a problem with my laptop. when i connect my external hard drive, the pc reads it and immediately disconnects it regardless of changing the USB ports. When i connect the HD to my other laptop, it reads and functions perfectly. I have tried adjusting the usb settings but no luck. Also tried making changes by Device Manager but the HD doest appear on the installed devices. It just pops up and disappear. Please kindly assist me
