The facts: The uprof-gui window does not fit on my machine with Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS. And as a consequence I cannot run a profiler, because the run button is in the right corner which is below the bottom of my screen. The window cannot be resized. The window cannot be maximized to fit the screen. The window does not have sliders. My machine is a ThinkPad T14 with AMD Ryzen 5 pro 4650u with radeon graphics and AMD Renoir.
My tests: I have three monitors: from the laptop (L), and two other 24'' ones (M1 and M2).
I checked (100% scaling):
L alone with 1920x1080, 1680x1050, 1280x1024, 1440x900, 1280x800, 1280x720, 1024x768, 800x600.
L, M1 and M2 with the window on first L, then M1 then M2, where I changed them all at the same time to: 1920x1080, 1280x1024 and 1280x720.
Neither of these setting allow me to press the button. I checked scaling 200% on L alone with 1920x1080 and it did not work either.
Lastly I changed M1 into portrait mode and I could finally see the button.
My opinions: The inability to make the windows smaller or just maximize it to fit the screen is quite frustrating tbh. On the other hand, the run button does not need to be on the bottom IMO. And about my tests - it is very unsatisfactory to have to go into the portrait mode for the tool to even run.
What I need from support:
Please, either:
1. Allow the window to maximize.
2. Allow the window to be resized to much smaller size.
3. Add slider support, so the window can be scrolled down.
Please fix the issue, so I can work with the tool.

IMO this is an underlying issue of the tool and not the OS, because it seems to pop up now and then on different ones. It's ok that you don't support certain systems, I am just saying it might be easier to fix on your end once and be done with it.
