I have an HP Laptop with an Ryzen 3 3250U and Vega 3 graphics, with 16 gb RAM. How may I undervolt/underclock my laptop, if possible?
I have the latest Radeon Software, and I can't find a "tuning" section like showed in some tutorials. I have tried to use MSI Afterburner to no avail, and 'Extend official overclocking limits' option in the 'AMD compatibility properties' in MSI Afterburner doesn't stay checked. I have also tried this post: https://community.amd.com/t5/discussions/undervolting/m-p/360362#M12803 ;and none of this has worked.

Mobile Ryzen systems do not support under/over volting.
