Unable to access Radeon Software

Hello all!

Just thought I'd put this out here and see if anyone has a solution for an intermittent recurring problem. Every so often, seemingly out of the blue, I will lose the ability to launch my Radeon software. The only fix for this that i have found is to do a fresh install of it each time it happens. It is not always the case, but a couple of the times that this issue has arisen is after a GPU crash when I am running like -3 twitch streams at once (watching not casting). I don't have an error code saved or anything but I'll try to screenshot it next time and post it here.

My specs are:

Ryzen 7 3700x CPU
Sapphire RX5700XT Nitro
32gb ddr4 Ballistix RAM
ASUS B450-M MOBO
EVGA 750 gold PSU
Crucial P5 1TB M.2 SSD

Which Virus software you Use. I have a very Similar Problem that sometimes DLL's in games will get auto deleted because ... security. Not drivers like yours, Games Especially older games that used GAmes for windows live. Which are abandoned for the most part, the solution is a DLL that bypasses GFWL and Defender among others axes it not a word, try to run the exe and it pretends like you dont exist.

Check you AV's Quarantive for some DLL files that could have been pulled. its all I can think of for that sort of behavior. Something in that install has to be going missing. When this happens is windows still using the official AMD released driver or reverting to the Generic pnp driver. if it is, are you using  unsigned custom drivers. If not install it agian, take a thourough inventory of the install package, and when it happens again, compare it see if something is gone. Its all I can think of to do.

Ryzen 5 3600 &--Crucial Ballistix 16GB--GTX 1080ti

I'll check that out and see what i can find. Thank you!
