Is there a way to enable ULPS in new drivers? Directly. I believe MSI afterburner helps in doing so, but in a fresh system install I'd like to have it done as clearly as possible. In my old system, driver 20.2.2 is installed and it does the thing (from time to time? It seems like something's carried over between systems); new system has 21.4.1 or whichever is the newest in April.

P.S. under ULPS I understand proper low memory clock, low voltage mode, not just 300mhz core clock
