Two issues in Windows 10 October 2018 Update

1.On startup, when Windows logo shows up, it freezes. I have to force restart to log in. 2. When I want to wake up computer from sleep mode (I put manually sleep mode) , there is no screen (no signal on display). After this rerelease, it happens again. I don't know, is this Microsoft fault or AMD? I use AMD Radeon R7 250 and AMD FX-6100

First I installed the original October 2018 Update. From that, problems begin. A few days ago, I installed the cumulative update (or rerelease), it didn't fixed.

Go back to 1803 or whatever you were on before, there are still numerous bugs with 1809.
