In the AMD Software the Tuning Sub-menu is missing from the Performance menu.  I only have Metrics and Advisors.  The software is version 20.4.2.  How do I turn on/get access to this menu?

Tuning functions are included in AMD Wattman which you enable in Radeon Settings: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-020

The link/picture is for the 2019 software.  I have the 2020 software and on more thorough reading of https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh2-020 performance tuning of APU Graphics is not supported.

Thats why information is so important when you ask a question. Anyone could have told you the answer...if they knew your specs INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION
