as mentioned by Kingfish about your PC Information.

If you are talking abour AMD Relive it is only compatible with Desktop PC unless a laptop has more than 2gb of IGPU vRAM then it might be compatible.

Try updating to the latest version (23.2.2) of AMD Adrenaline software.  Make sure that when you install the drivers you're doing a Full Install. If you only do a Minimal Install or a Driver Only install you're missing out on a lot of features; including the ability to record games.

Did you ever have this feature?  If you did revert to the drivers that worked.
