There is no "Video and Broadcast" in AMD Software. RX 6500 XT

Hello, first of all, thank you for your interest. I recently purchased a graphics card "RX 6500 XT 4GB". There was no "Video and Broadcast" section in the software. When I researched, I realized that this video card does not have a video capture feature. I was very disappointed, after having obtained this card after hard efforts, it deeply affected me to encounter such a disappointment. How can I solve this problem, how can I bring the "video and broadcast" section to the software? Even if I have no chance, I wonder if this feature I mentioned will be added to this card with a software update in the future. I'm not in a financial position to switch to a new graphics card, I don't know what to do.

The card does not have the encode/decode rendering format capability for record & stream.

Only RX6600 & higher models support them.
