There is no media or instant replay tab in 20.7.2 AMD Software

I have an AMD Radeon R7 200 series, yet I still can't find a setting to toggle on or off instant replay. I've downloaded the recent software and tried downloading relive but nothing works. Does anyone have the same problem and a solution to this?
