The official ATI mobility radeon hd 5145 series driver does not work

I can't find the official working ATI mobility radeon hd 5145 series driver in any way, when I try to install drivers with amd, I get an error (Report.xml). (translated)

that chip is no longer supported. the only drivers from amd are legacy, official whql from 2015, and beta crimson from 2016, which i do not recommend. use the whql from 2015, if those don't work, use the last driver that worked. usually you can find old your drivers in your C: drive in an AMD folder.

Laptops update differently than desktop graphics. It depends on your processor/APU. What processor do you have? Intel or AMD? If AMD which processor?
