I'll post my specs below.
So a few issues, but heres the first one.
I have a switchable graphics laptop. After doing some research I discovered that OBS recording software needs to run on my integrated graphics in order to stop an error from happening with a black screen. The application is profiled, and I have switched it to power saving to use my integrated card, when I do so, I need to restart the app for it to work properly, however, when I do so, I watch Radeon Settings, and as soon as the app launches, it automatically switches it to high performance, which continues the issue, then when I close the application, it returns to the power saving, that I had originally selected... (lol, Whats the point of the setting, if its going to change it itself anyways?)
