When i first bought this laptop, It would update to the latest driver without any issues, since I upgraded to windows 11 and then downgraded to the same version of windows due to the inability to update to latest drivers, I have been stuck on an older driver version even after running AmdCleanup tool and resetting my pc countless times. This affects gaming as different drivers run games at different capabilities.

I've also ran DDU countless times in safe mode while deleting any temporary files from Program Files x86 and Program Files folder to ensure no remaining files are present.

There's nothing wrong with your laptop or software. The Ryzen 3500U processor has integrated Vega graphics which are not supported in the 24.8.1 Adrenalin package.

The latest version available for the 3500U is the 24.3.1 that you already have.

Yeah I'm not sure what's wrong. The loading bar is all glitchy and I've been trying to download the old drivers for a while now. It seems like I can't download most of the AMD applications or drivers.
