Stuck in a loop trying to update graphics drivers

I noticed that there was a potential issue with my AMD Radeon Graphics drivers, so I tried to look for a way to update them. Ended up on the Drivers & Support for Processors and Graphics page, downloaded the AMD Software Adrenalin installer. Installation was successful, but then when I go to open Adrenalin, it hits me with the:

"The version of AMD Software that you have launched is not compatible with your currently installed AMD graphics driver.

Fine, I follow the page mentioned for more info, which then recommends me to use the AMD Software Compatibility Tool. Install that, run it, and it says:

"The version of AMD Software installed is already a compatible version. Please check if the AMD Display Drier is working correctly."

And now I'm just kind of stuck. I used the Clean Up Utility after this to clean up the display drivers, but that didn't change anything.

How do I get out of this loop and how do I ACTUALLY update my drivers?

Do you have more than one graphics in your system? Such as a discrete card and an IGP in the processor? If you open Windows Device Manager, Display adapters what is listed there?
