There are a few versions of the 7400 series, download GPU-z and use the 'Lookup' button should find your model.

Then go to https://www.amd.com/en/support to find/download driver.

According to GPU-Z you have the last updated AMD Driver for your GPU card installed. The 74xxM series GPU cards are considered to be legacy and not supported with updated AMD drivers.  All of the 74xxM series GPU cards have the same two last AMD Drivers to download from the link Goodplay posted:

1- WHQL 2015

2-BETA -2016

You can try and see if the your laptop manufacturer's support page has a newer version but I seriously doubt it.

I would suppose, going by the rebranded model and the two other retail boards that you have 7470m.
