Should I install AMD extension 6.0.3.9 for windows 11?

Hi. I recently bought Dell Inspiron 15 3535 which is equipped with Ryzen 3 7320U with Radeon Graphics. Operating system is Windows 11 22H2. I noticed yesterday my AMD Adrenalin software is not opening which was fine when I bought. After searching internet I realized I must have unknowingly did this during Windows update where Windows replaced the latest AMD driver (laptop came with the latest driver). So I reinstalled the driver again from AMD's site. And I disabled auto-update of the driver. Today Windows showing an update again - AMD Extension 6.0.3.9. Should I install it or it is again Windows is trying to replace the latest AMD GPU driver?

Please help me.

Can't find any ref on the amd downloads pages, could it be a dell specific driver?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

The update came from Windows directly. I installed it and it hasn't messed with AMD Adrenalin latest driver yet.
