Screen Freeze but audio and game still play, can alt+tab back to unfreeze screen

Issue:

Screen Freeze but audio and game still play in background, can alt+tab back to unfreeze screen and play normally until 5-10 minutes get freeze screen again.

So far only happened in Dota 2 and Counterstrike 2.

I build new pc around early February 2024.

I have same issue with 7900 XTX since 24.1.1
