Screen Flickering - 5700XT Only At 144hz - All Drivers Since 20.4.2

All:
After upgrading from Radeon software v20.4.2 (with literally every driver iteration since then), when running my LG 32GK650F-B monitor at 1440p/144hz (natively supported, never an issue with Radeon software v20.4.2), I get screen flickering at random, several times a second - making the refresh rate unusable.

This issue does not occur at any other refresh rate at 1440p (120hz, 75hz, 60hz).

This has only been an issue when upgrading from Radeon software v20.4.2 and has occurred on every single beta or general release version of Radeon software since 20.4.2.  I attempted v20.8.3 today, which resulted in the same screen flickering issue.  I am effectively stuck at drivers from May 2020 due to a compatibility issue with 144hz.

Running:
XFX 5700XT Thicc III
MSI B450 Carbon Gaming Pro AC
Ryzen 7 3700X - only using Precision Boost for OC, no other OC applied anywhere - including GPU.

Currently on Windows 10 Pro v2004 OS build 19041.450 - Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0.

BIOS is up-to-date, all drivers are up-to-date.

Anyone run into this issue and found a fix?  This is very irritating considering the performance improvements for specific games/in general with each software/driver release.

Same issue here on my Gigabyte 5700 XT Gaming OC. The only workaround I've found is reverting to the (May) WHQL driver, and as you said, it's frustrating given the fixes and performance gains in later updates.

I can't even set the refresh rate to anything higher than 60hz (1080p here btw) without it flickering, so consider yourself lucky.

I posted earlier that the 20.8.3 causes VRAM crashes with my RX580, could you upgrade your driver and download OCCT and test your VRAM?

Thanks,

Win 10 Pro updated

Using 32GK650F-B connected via bundled displayport 1.2 @ 1440p 144hz. I don't have flickering with any Adrenalin version
