As far as I can see it is a DX 11.2 graphics card and is getting on in years (2013), which your monitor is not. If your others, such as MoBo and CPU, are also as old, the only thing that will help is retrofitting, rebuilding or buying. If you have problems with the Radeon graphics card driver, it is better to use the competitor. Unfortunately, the prices for the hardware are very high at the moment.
