SAPPHIRE RADEON RX 7800 XT 16GB NITRO+ VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR problem

I have a problem with my graphics card. While using the Photoshop, I encounter a VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR, resulting in a blue screen, followed by a system restart. I have gone through the suggested solutions found online, but with no success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, and even reinstalled Windows, but there is no improvement. The same problem persists.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do?

Same problem here. Everything was fine until i swapped 5700xt to this Sapphire 7800xt Pure and started to get BSODs once in a hour while using Photoshop. Single display, all Freesync (both display and software) stuff is turned off.

WhoCrashed dump report says: Bugcheck name: VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR, Driver or module in which error occurred: watchdog.sys (watchdog+0x3AD0), dxgkrnl.sys (dxgkrnl!TdrIsEnabled+0x5F40).

Tried DDU, AMD Cleanup utility, even reinstalling Win, nothing works. Also tried lowering max frequency to 90%, power draw -10, undervolting, turning auto windows driver update off.

Specs: Win10, Ryzen 5900x, 2x32gb Patriot Steel Viper 3200, Fractal Design Ion 850 Gold, Sapphire Radeon RX 7800XT Pure.

Hy,

I started stepping back in Photoshop version numbers. The issue didn't occur in version 24.5, but I didn't check beyond that. However, I didn't want to make compromises, because I have a lot of work, so I bought an Nvidia 4070 and sold the previous card. I regret it because its performance was very convincing.
