I got my RX 580 Nitro+ a couple days ago and I cant get it to work with the latest AMD drivers, windows 10 just repeats this animation with any driver other than those 3 that Sapphire provides on their website.

I tried:
Windows reset
Switching PCI slot
Multiple tries of installing and uninstalling with DDU
