Quick warning, I am not great with computers and havent had mine long and recently got out of hospital after being there all week and im still not really with it so any help is amazing.
I recently tried to open fortnite because I wanted to see the new season, it told me something about my drivers being known for errors or something. So i went to redownload the drivers for my cpu. When I went to delete the original i wasnt sure what to download or if it was safe to download both the chipset thing and the ryzen master so i deleted the new one and left it. I then went to reopen the original and now it said i have to delete and redownload it with a thing beneath it saying "hence aborting" idk what that means. but when i try delete it, it wont let me. someone pls help me because I dont want to do anything that could harm my computer.
