Don't need to translate your question by just seeing you have a AMD Mobile processor.

Ryzen Master is not compatible with any type of AMD Mobile processor due to its overclocking features.

There is a "Lite" version clone of Ryzen Master for laptops and AMD Mobile processor you can install and see if it meets your requirements or not called Ryzen Controller: https://gitlab.com/ryzen-controller-team/ryzen-controller/-/releases/2.6.0
