I notice pixelation (pixeled graphics) in games (almost every game) since driver updated from Radeon Adrenaline 2019 to Radeon Adrenaline 2020.

Games, for example: GTA V (firstly noticed here), Dota 2, Assassin's Creed Origins, ...

Global Graphics & Display settings are attached.

GPU: RX580 8GB GDDR5 2000MHz

CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X

RAM: 16GB

Fixed issue by switching Anti-Aliasing to Use application settings instead of Enhance application settings.
