I recently built my first PC ever and I paired it with a Ryzen 5 2600 and an RX570, but the problem is since I installed the drivers from the official website stuff started to happen, whenever I open radeon software I get those coloured glitches on my screen then it goes black and Radeon Software crashes and opens itself again, fans RPM gets set to 0, happens also when I launch a game and the screen just goes colour glitches then black screen, I will attach pictures here, any help?

not a good sign for the gpu , if you can , test it in another computer

you can try to underclock/undervolt to see if anything is different

check if previous drivers change something

check temperatures of the gpu
