RX570 isn't detected by drivers and system and has no signal on monitor

Hey,

My RX 570 GPU is not recognized by my monitor and drivers.

I recently bought a used PC and with the RX 570 4GB but it is not recognized by my monitor and drivers.

The lights of the GPU are on so it seems its connected properly.

I have already tried to connect the video card to 2 different monitors without succes.

I used a Displayport cable.

When I connect the PC with the VGA output of my motherboard it works fine but I cant use my graphics card then.
The video card does glows so it should work.
It is important to mention that I have a monitor with only a displayport and VGA output, so no HDMI.
I have also tried a VGA to HDMI converter but it didn't work either.

Do i need to place the VGA cable AND the displayport cable both in my PC or should it just work with the displayport only because the RX570 hasn't got a VGA output?

But without the VGA cable i have no signal on my monitor.

Could someone help me, please?

You only need 1 cable from graphics card to the monitor / TV

Turn on your computer and let it run for about 20min (even if the screen is black - windows will auto install some drivers).

Then restart computer
