I am having the same exact issue people are reporting with their RX 5700.

Driver 19.10.2 claims to have fixed this issue for the VEGA and RX 5700 GPU but, what about the 590?

Checked WhoCrashed and this is what comes up.

I have an RX 480 and it seems to be stable and even brutal games do not phase it at all
