I recently got the sapphire pulse RX 6600. The first few days I had no issues but then I started seeing artifacts while playing. When I switched from displayport to hdmi the artifacts stopped in most games but some still have them. I uninstalled the drivers and tried to play different games and I didn't see any. Also AMD softwear thinks that my GPU is locked on 99% usage when task manager says around 15% (OpenHardwearMonitor also says 99%). I've tried alot of different things softwear and also reseating the GPU and cables but nothing seems to have worked. So my question is where could the issues be? Do I have a faulty GPU or maybe the PSU is at fault? or maybe it's just some bad drivers?
