I can't install any drivers for my graphic card RX 5700XT. Every time i try to install graphics card i get a black screen. Is my GPU faulty? Or should I return it? Because this is annoying. I tired these drivers:

My pc specs:
GPU - RX 5700XT
Motherboard - ASrock B450M PRO 4-F
CPU - Ryzen 5 2600
OS - Windows 10 (64 bit)
Interesting, that cpu-id shows only GPU name nothing more.
