In neighboring threads, users experienced similar problems with black screens, freezes and crashes, exactly matching mine. People were able to fix problems updating vbios from their vendors, which means that maybe the problem exists at the firmware level. I have a reference gpu and there has been no vbios update since the release of gpu. Does AMD plan to release an updated vbios for rx5700 / 5700xt in a reference design? If not, can I use vbios from another rx5700 model without losing my warranty amdmatt ?
