So today i noticed so fps drops during games so i went to check for and driver update for my RX 570 , when i press on "check for updates" it says update fail , i tried downloading it manually from the amd site then i try to run the setup and it says that the application not compatible with my pc and contact publisher please help.

When removing the current AMD driver use DDU in Safe mode (Best method) or on Windows Desktop with the Internet disconnected.

Once it finishes removing all traces of the current AMD Driver and boots back into the Windows  Desktop. Delete the AMD installation folder at C:\AMD. 

Now install the full AMD package still with the internet disconnected and if it installs successfully, reconnect the Internet and again delete C:\AMD folder.

Make sure your Intel Graphics and CHIPSET are the latest. Also make sure you have the latest BIOS version installed.
