RX 550 No AMD graphics driver

Okay, so I installed the Valorant and it tell me to restart my PC, I did it and then when I tried open the AMD.. IDK what that thing name is, but its the panel where everything can be configurated. So for about 4-5 hours I uninstalled drivers and installed them again. IDK what to do, I really cant find answer to that problem and I dont want to re-install my Windows.

Also, my graphics card RX 550 have Code 43, but even with that Error I managed to play games and everything else, and my graphics card feels good
