The link leading to the hip sdk on ROCm's official documentation (https://rocm.docs.amd.com/en/docs-5.5.1/deploy/windows/quick_start.html) is broken and leads to a 404 page. 
Does any one have an explanation as to why and where AMD might have relocated the sdk?
