Venho a tentar atualizar meu driver, pois sempre q ele atualiza cai a resolução para 600 x 400 

e quando desabilito o driver volta para resoluçao 1200 x 768 

porque esta aconteçendo isto ?

You will have to share more info with us please and what exactly are you doing to install the driver.

And it will be a lot better if your post is in English, even though I can read it since I'm Portuguese, the majority of the forum won't and you could miss out some support.
