If Relive option is not showing it is because your APU (vRAM less or equal to 2 GB) doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run Relive: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/radeon-software-gaming-media
Your APU needs vRAM greater than 2 GB for Relive Option to show. But generally 2 GB is the maximum allocated RAM Memory for a APU in BIOS Setting.
