Any videos I record with relive are unviewable in radeon settings. They work completely fine outside of relive but are just black inside the app. This has been an issue for as long as I can remember, it only recently started annoying me because I've been recording more clips and I have to open them up in Adobe Premiere just to edit them down. I would really like to be able to open them in radeon settings so I can easily edit them there. As I said this has been an ongoing issue throughout different driver versions, I have clean installed every update. I am recording 1440p60 hevc. I think its a codec issue seeing as its persisted through driver versions and I am able to open the videos in MPC and VLC. I have the k-lite codec pack installed and up to date as well as the windows hevc codec.

Windows 10 up to date, drivers up to date, hevc codec installed.
