Record and Livestream has disappeared

About a month ago the record/livestream tab in my app has disappeared. This is very frustrating to me as i frequently use the relive function to make clips to share with my friends. I have a RX 6800 XT running driver version 24.10.27.01 is there anyone that knows how to fix my issue?

try this, type Accounts Settings in the top right search box, see if it's there. it should be there..
