radeonsettings.exe hangs

I get constant hangs when trying to do almost anything in the radeon panel. The security and maintenance window shows the app hangs with "top level window is idle" message. I have to kill the process with task manager and then can restart it and maybe it will work for a bit. Windows 10 v 1903. Drivers/software 19.7.2, 19.6.2 and 19.5.2 all show the same thing. Drivers/software have been reinstalled repeatedly. Sapphire Vega 64 video card. It doesn't seem anyone else has a problem with the app hanging. Any ideas?

Black Ops 4 is causing radeon settings and entire GPU driver to crash for me. In other games it doesn't happen however it's overall working very slow and it's laggy. I'm just not using it until they fix it, I can't UV card and I have to use Afterburner for fan speed.

I'm not in a game. Just the desktop. Today at lunch I wanted to see if the Radeon panel had the serial number of the Vega64. I opened the panel, clicked on System and it hung.
