I need your help my team is a RYZEN 9 Asus rog crosshair  VIII X570 wifi motherboard with 32 gb of ram  Skill aegis 3200 mhz and a radeon VII XFX, EVGA SUPERNOVA 850W G+ 80 GOLD PLUS

What happens to me that sometimes when i a playing any music video or doing anything that at some point where the monitor loses signal from the video card and runs out of image and automatically that happens that the computer stops responding , and if there is sound playing, the sound is like a shriek and them computer make a automatic restart , everything continue working the fans and all

I do not know what happens since I reinstalled updated windows drivers , I change my motherboard for another one Asus rog crosshair VIII WIFI x570 because as the first step I was thinking that the issue was with the motherboard but now that I have another new motherboard  I send my video card for a replacement to XFX and they told me that my video card are in perfect condition but they allow to send me a new one but I have the same issue  and I always have the same problem and the strangest thing is that this problem is due to me when the computer whant that this happened , is  random freeze and restart , one day can work perfect and other day not  ,also I update my motherboard to the last Bios , all the parts of my pc are new , I take my computer to a company here for they check my PC but they told that everything is working perfect that my psu is working perfect too

Some people tell me that the issue that I have is because my memory ram because are not compatible for ryzen series  3000 and that  also its not compatible with my motherboard

I was in a  Windows event viewer and show this message ,I setup windows 10 pro build 1909 and I Restart all the last drivers from a clean windows but the issue still  , I need really help

My components are

RYZEN 9 3900X

Deep cooler 360x

There are people who say that it can be the mouse or the keyboard that generate a bad voltage to the usb, but I don't know if that is capable of affecting

Some people said that can be a issue with drivers too but i already install the last version drivers for my Radeon VII

I got the same problem , and it is definitely the drivers that causes  it.. i have used 19.4.1 for a long time and found them pretty stable.. few weeks ago i switched to 19.12.1 but i had problems with the HDMI audio is was really lagging/hickups  (i use a Denon X3300W for my audio output) so i went back to 19.4.1 and called it a day..

Now 2 weeks ago i reinstalled my pc and installed 20.3.1 on a freshly installed windows 10 Build 1909

Now once in a while mostly each 2 days i get a Blackscreen lockup..

If i game my screen freezes and i got around 3 seconds then the screen goes black and Display loses signal but audio continues for a few seconds.. if lucky pc can recover but everything that uses Hardware acceleration like Web-Browser and game will have to be restarted. but mostly the pc Can't recover and i have to Reset it..

Now last 2 days i got another Blackscreen but as soon as i got it i didn't wait for it to recover..  as soon as i saw the screen Freeze i quickly pushed "Windows key +Control+Shift+B .. you will hear a sound and the pc went on the game hickuped once and continues so i only tested this once and it worked.. so if i get a next freeze/blackscreen i will try again.. but if this really works well i can live with it until de driver team fixes these Damn blackscreens.

exactly the same here : ( it depends on the drivers, but there´s no one that really works. its a shame!

Hello,

I have Gigabyte x470 motherboard, 2700x cpu with 32 gigs of ram.

I have a Sapphire card, I've had it for years it's always been stable. A month ago it started crashing. I changed the power supply, (the card seems to work ok in an am3 mobo) so I changed the mobo to gigabyte b550m, I even swapped out the old SSD for a new one.
I use linux; Fedora logs me off when the video driver crashes. On Garuda the whole system crashes, on Manjaro with the Real Time kernel it appears to bit a bit more stable but it also crashes.

I game on the card, I tried undervolting it using Corectrl, I also tried capping the min clock to 1500 and max clock to 1800 when I noticed that running just one browser the Gpu usage spikes every few seconds from 0-40% the Gpu clock goes from 800-to 29xx when that happens!!! That's when the card crashes.

Is there a fix for that?
