Radeon Software's recording function over saturates videos on Odessey G7 with Freesync turned on

Running dual monitors with an R9 390 and the latest drivers (20.11.3). When Freesync is turned on and I use the Radeon Software's record function I get oversaturated videos, if I take a screenshot everything looks normal. When Freesync is turned off the videos look normal. Anyone have a clue why this is and if there is a possible fix?

Bizzarre. 

You sure the Settings -> Video options are not getting set to Custom? 

Happened to me last week whan I was playing recorded videos on Adrenalin 20.11.2.  
I had set custom. I reset to default video playback in the GUI. 
But it was reverting to custom settings.

I just wiped the driver and I am now running Adrenalin 20.11.3.
