I was just wondering if the option in RS, to delete/refresh the shader cache is broken cause it simply doesn't work anymore.

I usually delete the cache after a major game patch etc, that being said, is there another way to delete it somehow?

The cache location in WinT is:

C:\Users\You\AppData\Local\AMD

is the button inside radeon settings not working as intended a known problem or just on my end?

it was working fine before and ive spend like the last 5h reinstalling drivers non stop but its all the same... i dont know why this is happening all of a sudden.

Yes, shader cache is not being deleted when resetting it inside the current driver!
