Hello i'm writing here with problem drivers radeon. 

GPU: XFX Speedster Swft 210 Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB

CPU: Intel i5 12400f

The main problem is poor performance and stuttering in some games like fifa22 or fortnite.

When the games load, I have normal performance and high fps, but when the menu or gameplay is turned on, I have drops to 40. (black screens etc)

The card does not work with these games. Cs;go, rainbow six siege is working perfect.

Tried with other drivers but it doesn't work on Windows 10 and 11. Actually windows 10 and newest drivers to 6600xt.

If anyone might know the cause of this and possibly how to fix it please let me know.

The first thing to try, use AMD Cleanup Utility or DDU in safe mode. Then reboot and install the latest drivers. If that doesn't fix it, please post your PC configuration including Power Supply watts and then you can look at further diagnosis. If you search the forum about Fortnite, you may find that there are others with your problem, there may be fixes for that specific game in certain Adrenalin driver versions. I hope you find a fix.

Here is an excellent list for troubleshooting by @ThreeDee:

Make sure your motherboards BIOS is up to date

Make sure you have the latest AM4 Chipset drivers installed from AMD.com

Make sure you are running separate power cables to each power input on your GPU

Make sure you have latest GPU drivers installed from AMD.com

Make sure your Windows install is up to date

What speed is your system RAM running at? (Task Manager>Performance>Memory)

IF your RAM is running faster than 3200 speeds .. is your fclk (infinity fabric) set to 1:1?

Make sure Surface Format Optimization is unchecked in Radeon settings .. you might want to play with other settings in your Radeon settings as well

Are you overclocking anything?

How are your CPU/GPU temps?

How is the airflow in your case? You have to keep your VRM's and memory cool too

What case?

How are you cooling your CPU?

Are you running any modded PSU cables? .. PCIe Riser cable?

у меня было подобное когда при включенной вертикальной синхронизации, вызываешь оверлей с показателями работы видеокарты и его наложения. Помогает сброс герцовки монитора, без выкл . вертикальной синхронизации у вас проблема актуальна?

Same problem for me.
I have:
- Motherboard: Gigabyte H410M S2H
- CPU: Intel i5-10600K
- Memory: 64GB DDR4 2666MHz
- Graphics Card: XFX SWFT 210 AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
- AMD Driver: 22.2.2
- Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
I can't get a stable 60 FPS in Low settings.
I had better results with my old RX 580.

Do you know why please?

I have the same problem with games that tend to use a lot of graphics.
GPU: ASUS DUAL RX 6600XT 8GB
CPU: RYZEN 5 5600G
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS PRIME A320M-K
RAM:16GB

We need a solution, please.

My XFX Speedster Swft 210 Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB graphics card while playing certain games, specifically FIFA 22 and Fortnite. Games initially load with normal performance and high FPS, I encounter severe stuttering and frame drops to around 40 FPS during gameplay and menus, even leading to black screens at times. Interestingly, other titles like CS and Rainbow Six Siege run perfectly without any issues.
