So previous to the version 18 update, my relive was working fine. Now, whenever I enable Relive, it doesn't enable instant replay without me having record desktop enabled. Once Desktop recording is enabled, I am able to get relive to work whenever I am at my desktop, but within any game it disables itself. I have tried reinstalling drivers already
