I purchased the license key for AMD Radeon™ RAMDisk but got an error when trying to enter it. I'm not sure if it's my fault or something wrong with the license server.

I found solution
Maybe it will be useful for somebody

1.     After you enter your License Key and Windows prompts an “Error Registering RAMDisk” Dialog Box, click “OK”.
2.     When prompted to “Download using your web browser instead”, click “Yes”.
3.     A web browser will open up, if the web browser states “This site can’t be reached”. Then edit the URL by removing the “s” from https to http.
Example:
https://license.dataram.com/gen_lic_file.aspx......... Then delete the “S” as seen in the next line.
http://license.dataram.com/gen_lic _file.aspx.......... Then press “Enter”, and the file will download to your PC.
          
4.     Go back to the “Manually downloading the license file” dialog box, click “Yes”
5.     A File Explorer window will then open, click “OPEN”.
6.     RAMDisk should now be activated.
