OS:                          Windows 10 Pro 64bit Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.418).           

I have tested the behavior of the following Sapphire Trixx version:
Sapphire Trixx 7.0.1.

Before Applying Trixx Boost:

After applying Trixx Boost - Radeon Settings closes, screen goes black, screen recovers, then I see this:

If I relaunch AMD Settings I see this, ALT+R fails to open the Radeon Overlay.
