Radeon 780M black screen of death problem when hard-decoding high-resolution, high-frame-rate video

I am a user of 7840hs mini host, I use it for many tests, long time games it is stable operation, but 780M it may have defects in the aspect of playing video, test using Chrome, VLC, the new version of Windows Media Player, use hardware decoding to play 4K120,8K60 and other HD video, maximize minimize video Window switching, there will be a black screen of death problem, only by unplugging the host power to reboot, the process is a split second, the system does not have a log of the cause of the crash.

Above are videos of two cases, not sure if other 780M users can reproduce this problem. I can trigger it by using Chrome to play a video and then repeatedly switching tabs, playing a 4K60 video it may be a bit more stable but still has a probability of triggering.
I'm ruling out possible win10/11, monitor compatibility issues, I have reason to suspect this is a 780M GPU hardware or driver compatibility issue.

After experiments, I found that the problem mainly occurred when the system was running at no load, that is, in a low-power, low-load environment. For example, when I ran a program, the CPU package power was stable at around 15~20W, and 4K 8K videos could be played stably in this environment.
