If it is a laptop with an APU, it is best to download the AMD drivers for your APU from the laptop's manufacturer which are customized to work with your laptop specs. Hi there..
AMD no longer supports Windows 8.1, just like elstaci said.http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%208.1%20-%2064
Altough, you can install the lastest driver available:

The Radeon 520 and 530 are OEM graphics solutions. You must use drivers designed for them..which are only available from the manufacturer. AMD does not offer drivers for these graphics chips. They may not be available for Win8.1 as they were designed for Win10...good luck.
