The cable is HDMI2.0. There is no 3840 x 2160 (60hz) on the support list.

I tried to install old version driver, but didn't work.

The maximum resolution supported by the Radeon 520 is 4096x2160 @60 hz.

Are you using some sort of DP to HDMI/VGA/DVI adapter? 

Need to know your computer information to get a clearer picture of your system and how to troubleshoot it.

I'm not use the adapter.

I fix this , I use the Nvidia Geforce GT-730 , and installed the old version driver.

The GT-730 can't support RGB color mode, only YCbCr420(60hz), but enugh to me.
